Audrey Guzik

Audrey currently lives in Massachusetts (US). She brings a broad background in the behavioral and social sciences and biology to her work with the Llikchary Institute. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Colorado (Psychology) in 1997. Her thesis research was in neuroethology. After some adjunct teaching at Johns Hopkins University and Towson State, two babies later she achieved Doctoral Candidacy in Clinical Psychology at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She first visited Sani Isla in 2017 as an eco-tourist with her teenage daughter - Danny Gualinga was their guide. In recent years she has pursued her passions for native plants, pollinator habitat creation, and Japanese tea.
